We are all guilty of leaving things for someone else to clear up at some time or other. What about landlords or letting agents that have had moonlight flitters who have left almost ALL of there belongings behind for someone else to clear away!! Well that is where we come into our own, we will clear away ALL the mess and rubbish, re-use or donate any furniture that is not beyond help and clean the property to a very satisfying standard ready for the next tenants to move their own belongings in. Moving your worldly belongings from a to b is a headache so how much worse is having to get rid of someone elses belongings before you can start making money again renting the property back out. The cost of just being able to transport so much stuff is expensive, add to that the cost of getting rid of it all in the proper way and your talking about this clearance being super expensive!! People think that this type of job is easy UNTIL they have to tackle something similar and then by the time they've added up all the outlay costs they're so wishing they just hired someone with the experience necessary to make the job run smoothly and the logistical knowledge of how to do the right thing at the right time. What about if the property has been empty for a while?? The gardens get used as mini dumps and it isnt long before you have a very large pile of everyone elses rubbish to clear up!! before someone will even consider moving in.
